This is the winning team of the 11-12 year old scout canoe race. There is a Boy Scout from Troop 172 who is teamed up with a scout from Troop 158. The bridge above is the Erie Street bridge. You can see this view from the Market Place near Stoffer Plaza. This photo was taken from the foot bridge which crosses the river near there.
