The Festival of the Forks would not be complete without Mona's Tacos.

Every year Mona makes thousands of tacos, and other Mexican dishes to sell at the Festival. The line to her booth is always the longest line, but no one minds waiting.

You can see the smoke in the background from the barrel-smoked ribs, another favorite each year.
