Gilbert and Rexine Cockroft run the popcorn concession at the Festival of the Forks. They have faithfully attended, and offered their concessions, for every single Festival of the Forks, for the past 36 years. The concession is known as Uncle Gilly's Concession. Originally from Albion, the couple now reside in Springport. They both graduated from Albion High School. They enjoy what they do very much.

The business helped them to put their four children through school, although they both worked other jobs also.
