         NOV. 25, 2002 - 2:30 p.m.
We we came to take a photo of the scene at 2:30 p.m., the fourth unit was already installed. The crane was being used to remove the tires that had been left under the units up until now. You can see the blue Albion water tower in the distance up on the hill, and Cass Street in the background. In the foreground is the foundation for the Health Center, which will become a crawl space for the building.

This is the same scene we have previously viewed, but as you can see, there are now four units installed. We missed the shot of the fourth unit being lowered. Perhaps someone else has that shot and can send it to us for inclusion in this photo essay. You can see the back door to the building, which has had the wrapping removed. This scene is from behind the Meat Locker building, looking west.
