This creation used watercolor and pastel on paper. The artist chose bright colors for the setting sun, and the surrounding sky. The grass used stencils to get the look of the rolling hills. The artist could choose which way to make the brush strokes, so that the look would be either a landscape or a sea scape. (A seascape would use more horizontal lines, and possibly different colors.) The rainbow shades of colors in the field get cooler the further away from the sun they are.
