Here is a variation of the sunburst theme where the actual sun is more apparent. The artist has made various radial dividers of the celestial bodies, and has used shading along those same lines. This has given an ancient calendar type feeling to the piece, reflective of the changing seasons, and the hours of a day. It seems to show the passage of time, and includes some areas where time moves in unfamiliar ways.
