Still Life with rubbed texture.
This is another example of a still life. This one takes on an art deco flavor because of the texture added by rubbing. The artist began with a simple still life of the bottles and ribbons. Next, they chose a textured surface to place under the art, and with a crayon, gently rubbed and the texture appears on the paper. This creates a very dynamic variation on the still life theme.
