Windy Man
The intent of this project is to show the values (light and dark areas) and how they can describe a scene. This man appears to be walking against the wind on a cold day. His expression, his hair, his clothes, and his stance all suggest a bitter cold day. All this was done freehand, using a pencil. Even the leaves on the ground help to show the general feeling of the time of year.
