         NOV. 25, 2002 - 12:30 p.m.
Here the third modular unit is being lowered into place, during lunch hour for most residents of Albion. The day was brisk, so many of the observers did their observing from the comfort of their car. We saw quite a few Albionites with their cameras driving circles around the Market Place, particularly those who are professionals in the medical field. We may be publishing photos from those others as time goes by, to fill in some of the gaps in our presentation.

Here, a shot from the other angle. Three of the units are installed, and there are still wheels under each unit which will be removed when everything is secure. We have heard that the city inspector went down to Indiana, where the units were built, and measured each unit before they were trucked up to Albion. Each unit was allowed to have 1/4" of leeway in width, for an overall give of 2" allowance for the entire structure. You can also see inside of the building from this scene to get an idea of the structure of the new Health Center. Click here to see progress by 2:30 p.m!
