Hello! As a Romanian exchange student who lived in Albion, MI for almost one year, I can say that it has been a change: from my crowded, busy native city (Bucharest with over 2,000,000 inhabitants) to the tiny Albion, what should I say more? However, I have adapted successfully and I got to know many nice, friendly people. The past year was fun and I never missed home. (I didn't have any time, always busy and involved in some activity or spending time with my friends or host family). In fact, I liked Albion so much that now that I graduated from Albion High School, I plan on attending Albion College next year! I would like to follow a medical career and become a physician.

We live in ALBION, too...Washington, that is; POP. ~630. OUR ALBION is located "on the Palouse" at the WA-ID border. We are ~75m south of Spokane WA & 15m west of Moscow ID (home of Univ of ID). The Palouse is the top wheat producing area in the U.S. with thousands of sq. miles of rolling hills covered in wheat. We are 6.5 miles from WA St. Univ., Pullman WA has TWO paved streets and THREE STOP SIGNS! We just bought a new home here; Lester works at one of the dams on the Snake River to the south. Do you know that "Albion" means "Great Britain" or "England?" We have a historical society, a church, a Post Office (no street delivery), a garage, Fire Dept., a Town Hall, a Mayor, and a Town Marshall.
